Restaurant Kupferkessel has been in the hands of the Kreml family for many years. Then as now, it is run with heart and soul.
Since 1986, Grander water has been used in the kitchen. Meat is sourced from Pinzgau cattle in the region whenever possible – a testament to quality and a deep connection with the Pinzgau countryside.
The family values personal relationships with guests and staff. This spirit of warmth and continuity has defined Kupferkessel for generations.
